You will need to download these new files to use the budget upload process. High 10/20/2016 4:35PM CT PeopleSoft Check Printer Updates When local councils converted to PeopleSoft in 2013, it was required that a specific printer be used to print checks. That printer is now no longer offered by HP, so the Information Delivery Group has completed research and determined that the following printer, HP LaserJet Pro M402n , must be used when a replacement is needed. This can be ordered from CDW at an approximate cost of $250. There is a MICR toner cartridge from CDW that is required as well, Mfg. Part: 02-81575-001, CDW Part: 3886455 , at an approximate cost of $225.
